Connor McCoy represents clients in employment and labor matters, with a focus on gender discrimination and whistleblower retaliation claims, trade secrets issues, unionization processes, and class action lawsuits. He also practices media and entertainment law with an emphasis on sports law.

Connor drafts briefs, motions, and responsive pleadings, and manages all phases of discovery. Connor provides advice to senior level executives on employment matters, including independent contractor classification and wage and hour analysis.
