Zakhar Morozov

Zak Morozov advises clients on the tax dimensions of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, private equity deals, and public and private securities offerings. Based in the Bay Area, Zak brings a combination of legal and accounting credentials as both a licensed attorney and a certified public accountant, allowing him to approach transaction structuring with a deep understanding of the financial and tax implications at every stage.

Zak’s practice serves private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate clients navigating sophisticated deal structures across multiple jurisdictions. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, and is admitted to practice in California and Texas.
