Mary Beth Myles

She works with global companies and coordinates with foreign counsel on international portfolios. Drawing on years at the TTAB, Mary Beth guides clients on the full life cycle of Board practice—ex parte appeals from refusals to register, oppositions, cancellations, and concurrent use proceedings. She evaluates pleading strategy, motion practice, and evidentiary issues with an eye toward what the Board expects, informed by experience adjudicating and authoring decisions, including precedential rulings.
