Bracha Pollack

Bracha Pollack’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, and broker-dealer regulation. She represents private and public companies, emerging companies, private equity funds, broker-dealers, and investment advisers. Bracha also counsels clients regarding raising capital under the EB-5 Entrepreneur Investment Visa Program. In addition, she advises clients with regard to structure, sales, marketing and reporting obligations related to securities transactions and products. Bracha also represents clients in investigations and regulatory examinations by FINRA and other regulators.
