Patryk Pudłowski focuses his practice on issues relating to cybersecurity, intellectual property law, new technologies, personal data protection and fintech regulations. He has experience in advising clients from the technology, banking and telecommunications sectors.
He has advised, among others, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of telecommunications equipment on cybersecurity regulations, preparing comprehensive reports covering more than a dozen European jurisdictions, including a report on the status of implementation of the NIS2 Directive in EU Member States.
He has also participated in work related to the implementation of the DORA Regulation in the banking sector, including the adaptation of agreements with ICT service providers, the assessment of the compliance of contractual documentation, and the preparation of contractual clauses and licensing templates.
