Jamie Rose represents companies and individuals in complex business and commercial disputes in both state and federal court. With more than two decades of experience, she represents prominent plaintiffs and defendants across industries in high stakes matters involving business torts, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative claims, contested estate and trust proceedings, and civil appeals.
Jamie is committed to developing and pursuing strategies tailored to the needs of the clients, guiding them through litigation when needed, and addressing matters through pre-suit risk management, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution when possible.

- Represented a company in seeking to dissolve a writ of garnishment after its bank accounts were wrongfully garnished by a third party.°
- Represented an oil and gas operator in litigation involving contractual dispute relating to services provided at various well locations.°
- Represented a consultant in seeking to recover his contractual fees and an equity stake in an airport development project.
- Represented a surviving spouse in probating a holographic will and defending a contest to the will.°
- Represented heirs-at-law through the contest of a will executed by an elderly and infirm woman days before her death. The clients obtained their rightful inheritance from the Decedent’s Estate.°
