Reiko Saito is an experienced Japanese law qualified bengoshi and member of the Japanese Real Estate practice of the firm. She has deep experience advising both Japanese domestic and international cross border investors, owners and managers of real estate in a full range of real estate related transactions and ventures across all major asset classes, including purchase and sales, complex joint ventures and fund arrangements, construction and development, and property management and operations. Reiko also has wide ranging experience and knowledge in the areas of asset-based lending, structured finance, and securitization, involving real estate and other asset classes including lender, borrower and underwriter representations. In addition to advising on TMK bond financing and mortgage based secured financing, she also has experience handling general real estate securitizations, consumer loan securitizations and other ABS transactions as well as complex trust products utilized to own and finance assets.

Reiko’s practice experiencee is multidimensional. Her knowledge and experience is not limited to real estate, it also bridges and extends to the areas of energy and infrastructure transactions, including data center matters. She advises on energy and infrastructure transactions including both asset based and corporate based transactions. In this area of practice here she also capitalizes on her knowledge of real estate to advise on and guide the real estate aspects integral to many energy and infrastructure transactions.

Reiko admitted to practice in Japan (member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association) and a qualified lawyer in the United States (New York).
