Lauren Van Buren counsels developers, financial institutions, and private equity funds in transactions and disputes related to the design, construction, and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Lauren also reviews, drafts, and negotiates EPC contracts for clients involved in the acquisition and construction of power, energy, and infrastructure-related projects. Lauren joined Greenberg Traurig in 2019 from a national law firm focused on the construction industry.
