Izaak R. Weaver-Herrera is a member of the Litigation Group and represents clients in complex commercial disputes and international arbitration matters. His background spans cross-border disputes, international trade, and human rights law, with experience in multilingual legal work. He has experience under the arbitral rules of the AAA, LCIA, and ICSID, as well as experience in proceedings to compel arbitration and to enforce (or defend against enforcement of) arbitral awards in U.S. federal court. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Izaak served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Maryellen Noreika of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Before his clerkship, Izaak worked at a leading international law firm in London.

Izaak earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as lead executive editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He holds a dual undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and History, also from the University of Pittsburgh.
