She represents management-side clients in the Sacramento area and throughout California, handling matters that include failure to accommodate, interactive process disputes, and wrongful termination. Drawing on prior experience from local government and community-based services, Julia approaches employment matters with a practical understanding of workplace operations, organizational decision-making, and risk management. Before entering private practice, she worked in local government and mental health services, where she helped develop and support initiatives designed to increase community access to resources.

Julia earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Indiana Law Review and founded the First Generation Law Student Society, an organization that received both the law school’s Best New Student Organization and Student Organization of the Year awards for advancing opportunities, mentorship, and community for first-generation law students. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis, where she double majored in psychology and philosophy.
