In this session, Erick will provide an overview of the regulatory and compliance standards required by Mexico's Consumer Protection Federal Agency (PROFECO), the Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) and by Mexican Official Standards, as well as packaging recommendations, enforcement practices in case of noncompliance and resources to address language barriers for foreign companies.
