The New York City Bar is hosting a White Collar Crime Institute full-day CLE program on May 24 from 9 am - 5 pm. The event will explore critical developments that have characterized this era of white-collar enforcement and will cover topics including developments in trading-related prosecutions, off-channel communications, cryptocurrency enforcement, sanctions/kleptocracy, and lessons from recent trials.
GT Shareholder David Miller will be participating on a panel titled, "Market Abuse & Trading Related Prosecutions – Recent Developments and What Comes Next" from 9:55 am – 11:10 am. He will also be moderating a panel titled, "Cryptocurrency Enforcement – Current Landscape According to Government and Industry" from 2:00 pm – 3:15 pm.
