Annual GT Antitrust & Compliance Forum | Mexican Regulatory Trends & Best Practices

Greenberg Traurig invites you to participate in the “Annual GT Antitrust & Compliance Forum | Mexican Regulatory Trends & Best Practices,” to be held on March 4th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City.

The forum will feature the participation of Víctor Manuel Meyer Suárez, Director General of Investigations of Absolute Monopolistic Practices, and José Luis Ambriz Villalpa, Director of Mergers, both from the National Antitrust Commission, as special guests. Additionally, Miguel Flores Bernés, Víctor Manuel Frías, and Rocío Olea, shareholders of the Antitrust Litigation and Competition Regulation practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will participate as speakers.

This forum is designed to address the most relevant and current topics in economic competition. Throughout the event, there will be panel discussions with top-level specialists, who will analyze the main challenges and opportunities in antitrust investigations, merger control, and compliance programs, as well as the implementation of best practices within the Mexican regulatory context.
