Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office will host the event “M&A Breakfast Club: What Are We Seeing in Deals Right Now?” in collaboration with Women in a Legal World (WLW), Mexico Chapter, and SMPS Legal, on November 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
Rocio Olea, Shareholder in the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions, Antitrust, and Technology practices at Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will moderate in her capacity as Co-Lead of the Corporate and M&A Commission of WLW Mexico Chapter, alongside Nadiezhda Vázquez, Partner in the Real Estate and M&A practices at SMPS Legal and Co-Lead of the Commission.
The panelists will include Ana Torreblanca, Senior Legal and Compliance Director at Waldos México; Erika Díaz Ulloa, General Counsel & Compliance Officer for L’Oréal LATAM; and Ana Paula Padilla, Legal Director at Uber México.
The event aims to introduce the Corporate and M&A Commission of WLW Mexico Chapter and discuss current trends in mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of women leading the legal industry in law firms and corporations. It will also provide a platform to promote women’s leadership in corporate law.
