Institute for Corporate Counsel 2026

The Institute for Corporate Counsel 2026 will bring together in-house and outside counsel on December 2 for a day of connection, engagement, and education focused on key issues impacting businesses and the legal profession. The program will feature keynote speakers addressing topics at the intersection of law, business, and politics, along with a general counsel roundtable, risk management discussions, and breakout sessions exploring cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, employment, mediation, and other timely legal and business considerations.

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Gretchen Ramos, Global Co-Chair of the firm's Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, will speak on the "Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Breach" panel, which will examine the evolving privacy and cybersecurity landscape and key considerations for organizations navigating data protection, cyber risk, and data breach response.
