Boston Office Relocation

We are proud to share news that marks an important milestone for the Greenberg Traurig Boston office.

After 27 years at One International Place, we will be relocating. Hines, the global real estate investment manager and a firm client, has announced that GT has signed a new lease to relocate our Boston office to South Station Tower, one of Boston’s premier new office destinations.

The firm will lease nearly 80,000 square feet, bringing approximately 180 employees to this premier workplace destination.

The new space will position GT Boston for continued success while providing a modern, collaborative workplace that reflects who we are today, and where we are headed. Just as importantly, it represents the firm’s continued investment in Boston.

"The execution of our lease at South Station Tower represents an exciting investment in the future of Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office," said Greenberg Traurig Boston Office Co-Managing Shareholders David J. Dykeman and Terence P. McCourt. "Since 2020, our Boston office has grown by 50% from approximately 80 lawyers to 120, reflecting our deepening commitment to the Boston legal community and the clients we serve. South Station Tower's modern design, first-class amenities, wellness-focused features, and transit connectivity make it an ideal environment for the next chapter of our Boston office's growth. Hines is a valued client and an industry leader, and we are proud to establish our future Boston home in this premier new skyscraper that will become a defining part of the city's skyline."
