West Palm Beach Office Relocation
We are proud to share news that marks an important milestone for the Greenberg Traurig West Palm Beach office.
More than 40 years after establishing its office in West Palm Beach, the firm is beginning a new chapter in the city. In a move announced jointly by Greenberg Traurig and Related Ross, the firm will relocate its West Palm Beach office from Phillips Point to 15 CityPlace, in the heart of the city’s expanding business district.
The new office will provide a modern workplace designed to support collaboration, client service, and future growth for more than 80 lawyers and professional staff. The firm will lease more than 25,000 square feet in the under-construction building, occupying a full floor within one of the city’s premier office destinations. Over the past two decades, CityPlace has evolved into a vibrant center anchored by shops, restaurants, residences, workspaces, and immersive community programming.
This relocation positions GT West Palm Beach for continued success while providing a collaborative workplace that reflects who we are today, and where we are headed. Just as importantly, it represents the firm’s continued investment in West Palm Beach, which was GT’s second office location after its founding in Miami nearly 60 years ago.
“It is personally rewarding to become more actively involved in the renewed development of our West Palm Beach presence,” said Greenberg Traurig’s Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum, who started his career at GT as the fourth lawyer right in the West Palm Beach office 41 years ago, and the 90th lawyer in our firm. It is particularly exciting to make a renewed personal commitment to work with Steve Ross, Related Ross, and other key real estate, financial, technology, health care, and business leaders here in ‘Wall Street South,’ currently experiencing explosive growth in a thoughtful way, who are so focused on elevating the communities we serve.”
Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office Tracy L. Gerber said, “The firm’s planned relocation from Phillips Point to a full floor in 15 CityPlace reflects our continued commitment to West Palm Beach and ideally positions our team for the next chapter in one of South Florida’s fastest-growing business districts.”
The new office at 15 CityPlace is expected to be ready in the Fall of 2027. News of our move is covered by various media outlets including:
