Greenberg Traurig Represented the Managers of the Offering in the IPO of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A.

WARSAW – May 11, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig advised the investments banks acting as the Managers of the Offering: J.P. Morgan, Pekao Investment Banking S.A., UniCredit Bank AG London branch and IPOPEMA Securities S.A. in connection with the initial public offering and the admission of the shares of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The value of the Initial Public Offering amounted to PLN 188.9 million, and it is the largest IPO of a Polish company in almost a year in terms of the value of the placed shares.

Greenberg Traurig provided the Managers of the Offering with comprehensive legal advice with respect to Polish, English, and American law in connection with the preparation and execution of the IPO.
