WARSAW, September 1, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig is acting as legal advisor for OANDA Global Corporation in the acquisition of Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A.
OANDA Global Corporation entered into a preliminary agreement with a vehicle controlled by a fund managed by PineBridge Investments and the minority shareholder for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A. The completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining regulatory clearances from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Greenberg Traurig is providing comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction. The acquisition of TMS Brokers by OANDA is another example of Greenberg Traurig’s leading position with respect to banking and financial sector M&A transactions in Poland.
