Greenberg Traurig advises Röhlig Logistics on the formation of a joint venture with Penske Logistics

BERLIN – January 10, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig has advised Röhlig Logistics on the establishment of a joint venture with Penske Logistics. Röhlig Penske Logistics GmbH, the name under which the resulting joint venture company operates, is designed to offer solutions for Contracts Logistics in Germany and the Netherlands and expects to expand into additional Western European countries.

Röhlig Penske Logistics GmbH is 80 percent owned by Röhlig and 20 percent by Penske. In the transaction under German law, both parties contributed their respective activities in the field of Contracts Logistics to the new company by way of share deals. The closing took place on December 31, 2021.
