WARSAW – 29 June 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Symfonia Sp. z o.o. on the investment by Accel-KKR, a leading global software-focused investment firm.
Upon completion of the transaction, Accel-KKR will join current investor Mid Europa Partners as shareholder of Symfonia.
The transaction was led by Partner Anna Hałas-Krawczyk and Local Partner Michał Bobrzyński.
The team also included Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow and Associate Adam Anduła.
