Colin S. Baker

Colin Baker focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Colin helps clients in cases involving shareholder and partnership disputes, contracts, business torts, creditor’s rights, employment issues and non-compete agreements, and real estate ownership and development. Colin has also represented various local governments in complex constitutional litigation in federal and state courts. After graduating from law school, Colin served as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
