Alicja Flis focuses her practice on real estate matters. She participates in work for domestic and international clients on real estate transactions in Poland. Alicja also advises companies on the day-to-day management of their real estate portfolios, in particular on the negotiation and conclusion of retail, office and warehouse leases and other real estate agreements, as well as the execution and subsequent renegotiation of such agreements.

Experience

  • Participated in the work for Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, in connection with the acquisition of a real estate property located in Gliwice. The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of approx. 60,000 sq. m on approx. 12 hectares of land.
  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź, comprising 61,450 sq. m and 34,420 sq. m respectively, from logistics property developer 7R.
  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the logistics park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 185,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 38,178 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for JV Partners, including 7R, MFC Real Estate and DIL Polska Baumanagement on the sale of 7R CITY FLEX WARSAW AIRPORT I, a complex of warehouse buildings with a total warehouse space (GLA) of 15,900 sq. m, located in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Marvipol Development S.A. on the block sale of rental apartments in the first stage of Moko Botanika to the Heimstaden Bostad Group.
  • Participated in work for Partners Group in connection with the acquisition of 11 A-class office properties from BUMA's portfolio, including two sites under development, with a total leasable area (GLA) of approx. 125,000 sq. m, located in Kraków and Wrocław.
  • Participated in work for Indotek, a Hungarian investment manager, on the transaction involving the acquisition of an office portfolio from Immofinanz.
  • Participated in work for Capital Park in connection with the transaction involving the sale of a property to be developed with a residential and commercial project to Marvipol Development. The property, located in the Ochota district of Warsaw, has a total area of nearly 6,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in work for EQT Exeter’s affiliate, the real estate division of EQT Group AB, in connection with the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of selected 5 class-A warehouse projects with leasable area (GLA) of approx. 161,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in work for Union Investment in connection with the final purchase agreements for the acquisition of two hotel properties in Katowice (Hotel Mercure) and Kraków (Hotel ibis Styles). The total value of the transaction is over EUR 80 million.
  • Participated in the work for HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH in connection with a transaction concerning the acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Poland, comprising a logistics park in Wrocław, consisting of two warehouse buildings with a GLA of approx. 24,000 sq. m, and a logistics park located near Poznań, with two warehouse buildings and a GLA of approx. 20,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for CA IMMO in connection with a transaction concerning the sale of all shares in the company holding the Wspólna 47-49 office building located in Śródmieście, the central district of Warsaw, to the French group Yareal.
  • Participated in the works in connection with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio, situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
  • Participated in work for CA Immobilien Anlagen in connection with the acquisition of all shares in P14 sp. o.o., the owner of the Postępu 14 office building located in the Mokotów area of Warsaw.
  • Participated in work for Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of shares in Cavatina Office sp. z o.o., the owner of the Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw, from Cavatina Holding S.A.
  • Participated in work for GLP, in connection with the Polish aspects related to the acquisition of Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics real estate portfolio.
  • Participated in work for companies associated with the Unibail-Rodamco group in connection with the acquisition of the Skylight and Lumen office buildings, part of the Złote Tarasy complex in Warsaw.°
  • Participated in work for one of the leading international companies in the online sales industry in connection with the sale and lease of a warehouse building.°
  • Participated in work for an international company investing in real estate in Poland in connection with the acquisition of office and warehouse buildings in Poland.°
  • Participated in the preparation of legal opinions, transaction documentation, including property sales contracts, preliminary contracts and lease contracts, as well as due diligence reports.°
