Sophia Lee is an experienced litigator and trusted advisor to business, governmental, and nonprofit leaders. She brings experience as in-house litigation counsel, in c-suite roles, and as partner at an Am Law 100 firm.

Sophia’s broad litigation practice encompasses complex commercial, energy, environmental, product liability, mass and toxic torts, governance, and constitutional matters. She represents public and private companies, nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, and high-ranking officials.

Her background includes serving as in-house litigation counsel, where she managed multi-district litigation and directed nationwide portfolios across commercial, employment, environmental, insurance, personal injury, products liability, and toxic tort matters.

Sophia also advises executives and organizations on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, including risk and performance management and corporate disclosures. Leaning into her experience as chief engagement officer and chief inclusion officer, she works with clients on ESG strategic planning and conducts educational seminars.

Sophia is actively engaged in the civic and charitable communities of Philadelphia and across Pennsylvania. She has experience serving on the boards of nonprofit, municipal, and professional organizations focused on such areas as civics education, public health, renewable energy, and representation in the legal profession.

Additionally, Sophia holds an appointment as an adjunct professor of law at Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law.
