Jasmine T. Martin is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office and focuses on sophisticated real estate and real estate finance transactions. She advises private equity funds, investors, fund managers, operators, lenders and developers on the acquisition, disposition and financing of a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes locally and nationally, including office, multifamily, medical office/healthcare, industrial, retail, mixed use and hospitality properties. Jasmine frequently handles the financing of real estate through various forms of debt and equity across the capital stack, including the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans and the structuring of preferred equity investments. She has significant experience with agency loans, having represented numerous borrowers in agency loan transactions for residential developments located across the country, with an aggregate value exceeding $900 million.
