Shu Nikamoto

Shu Nikamoto is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice. He advises startups, venture capital investors, and corporate clients on a broad range of matters, including general corporate and commercial issues, startup financings, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and dispute-related matters.

In addition to advising startups and investors on financing transactions, he assists clients with data privacy, consumer protection, advertising, and platform-related regulatory issues. He also supports clients in connection with commercial contracting, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and business disputes.
