Ben Patton

Ben Patton is a Shareholder and Head of the London Construction Team. He is a leading non-contentious construction lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising funders, developers and institutions. Ben has a strong track record of leading teams and providing strategic advice on complex, large-scale development and placemaking projects.

He has deep experience across the construction sector including logistics, infrastructure, energy, life sciences, residential, offices, data centres, and retail. He operates across the full development cycle from procurement and contract structuring through to delivery and completion.
