Profile
Elizabeth Sardinas is an associate in the Appeals & Legal Issues group in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on complex appellate matters in both state and federal courts, handling a broad range of substantive legal issues. Elizabeth also provides trial support and advises clients on appellate strategy.
Elizabeth’s appellate practice builds on her experience in commercial litigation at the trial court level. She has managed all phases of discovery, taken and defended depositions, and drafted dispositive motions including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment.
Prior to focusing on appellate work, Elizabeth gained insight into the judicial decision-making process as an intern for The Hon. Jared M. Strauss in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda on civil matters.
