• Participated in the work for Echo Investment in connection with the sale of the REACT office building located in the center of Łódź to the Estonian investor Summus Capital.The REACT office building, located in the Śródmieście district of Łódź has a total space of 15,000 sqm GLA, spread across 7 above-ground floors.
• Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building located in the Wola district of Warsaw from Ghelamco. The transaction value was EUR 280 million, which makes it the largest office transaction in Europe in 2024.
• Participated in the work for Generali Real Estate, managed by Generali Investments CEE in connection with the acquisition of Dom Dochodowy, the historic retail and office building located in the heart of Warsaw from mLeasing.
• Participated in the work for Merity, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, in connection with the acquisition of a real estate property located near the S8 motorway near Warsaw. Advising on the transaction also included negotiating and signing an agreement with the developer - Panattoni - for the development and management of the proposed multi-phase logistics project.
• Participated in the work for CA Immo in connection with the sale of the Saski Point office building located in the center of Warsaw to a Polish investor.
•  Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and services building in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approx. EUR 79 million.
• Participated in the work for Ghelamco in connection with the sale of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels located in The HUB complex in Warsaw to the French real estate fund Corum XL managed by Corum Asset Management.
• Participated in the work for Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., in connection with the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
• Participated in the work for Echo Investment in connection with the sale of My Place II (Moje Miejsce II) office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The transaction value was EUR 45 million.
• Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław with a total lease area of 38,178 sqm.
• Participated in the work for Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of properties located in Skawina near Kraków. Advice on the transaction included negotiating and signing the development management agreement with MDC2.
• Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a logistics park located near Tricity, just over 20 km from the airport and 8 km from the Port of Gdynia, with a total lease area of 46,000 sqm.
• Participated in the work for Echo Investment on the sale of MidPoint 71, an office building located in Wrocław, to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 100 million.
• Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was EUR 121 million.
• Participated in the work for EQT Exeter, the real estate division of EQT Group AB, in connection with the acquisition of shares in a company owning a logistics property located near Wrocław.
• Participated in work for leading German and Korean funds with respect to the acquisition of a new high-standard office building in Warsaw.°
• Participated in the work for a leading international logistics developer with respect to multiple legal due diligence processes.°
