Alexandra Studwell

Alexandra Studwell focuses her practice on matters related to executive compensation and benefits in connection with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Her work includes advising clients on the negotiation of executive employment, separation, retention, and change in control agreements, as well as the design and implementation of management equity and cash-based incentive programs.  Alexandra also has experience working in financial regulation with the Office of the Chairwoman of the House Financial Services Committee.
