Tamara Suden has wide-ranging experience handling securities and corporate finance, privacy and data security, digital assets, blockchain technology, and blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions. In addition, she handles branding issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property matters. Her in-house experience at a global technology company included handling licensing and commercial agreements and the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions due diligence as well as managing a worldwide trademark portfolio. She also has considerable experience providing pre-litigation advice/risk assessment as well as handling active litigation matters involving intellectual property, contract, commercial, class action, securities, product liability, employment and third-party issues.
