Anita Wu advises on fund formation and structuring matters, representing private equity sponsors, fund managers and investors across Asia. Her practice covers private equity fund formation, continuation funds and secondaries, licensing, offering and marketing of private and retail funds, and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance. Anita has advised on Delaware and Cayman fund structures for real estate and technology-focused funds targeting Southeast Asian markets.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Anita practiced at leading law firms in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

- Represented a Taiwan-headquartered private equity sponsor in forming a project fund for investing in technology and semiconductor equipment companies in Southeast Asia.°
- Advised a number of Taiwan-headquartered private equity sponsors on ongoing legal and compliance matters, including matters related to partnership agreements and side letters, excused investments, successor funds, continuation funds, alternative and parallel vehicles, securing fund financing facilities and conflicts of interest, among others.°
