DALLAS – July 21, 2026 –Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is representing the City of Plano in connection with the National Hockey League’s Dallas Stars relocation to and the related development of a new multipurpose indoor arena and entertainment district in Plano, Texas.
Greenberg Traurig is advising the City on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring public-private partnerships, negotiating financing mechanisms, and addressing the construction, operation, maintenance, and long-term management of the proposed arena.
