Koji Ishikawa to Speak at the ASEAN Gaming Summit in Manila, Philippines

TOKYO – Feb. 22, 2018 – Koji Ishikawa, a shareholder with global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and managing shareholder of the Tokyo office, will speak at the 2nd annual ASEAN Gaming Summit on Thursday, March 22 from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at the Conrad Manila in Manila, Philippines.

Ishikawa will participate in a IMGL MasterclassTM panel titled, “Regional Regulatory and Compliance Trends” with gaming colleagues in various segments of the gaming industry to discuss casino regulation updates in Macau, India, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, and Cambodia, as well as best practices and global market insights. Ishikawa will discuss the 4th AML Directive and FATF guidelines, thresholds for automatic transaction reporting, risk assessment and customer due diligence, and smoking bans. Ishikawa focuses his practice on gaming, corporate finance, and capital market matters. He is experienced in handling cross-border transactions and advising clients in the technology sector. In addition, he has experience in project finance, venture capital, and private equity as well as in the casino and gaming industry.
