WARSAW, 22 July 2022 – Greenberg Traurig acted as legal advisor to Stock Spirits group in connection with the preliminary agreement related to the indirect acquisition of 100% of the shares in Polmos Bielsko-Biała S.A. Stock Spirits is a portfolio company owned by a fund managed by CVC Capital Partners.

The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
