She primarily represents and advises special servicers, financial institutions, trusts, and creditors in matters related to federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
