Sarah Lemon focuses her practice in the area of consumer finance litigation. She primarily represents and advises special servicers, financial institutions, trusts, and creditors in matters related to federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Sarah also has extensive experience in handling litigation related to commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial real estate loans, and various title disputes. She has routinely handled court appearances and oral arguments in New York and New Jersey state courts throughout her legal career.
