Mikhael Tomlinson focuses his practice on the clearance, maintenance, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and rights of publicity. He also evaluates the strength of brand names, identifies infringing domain names, and helps clients implement domain name enforcement strategies. Mikhael also enforces clients’ intellectual property rights on social media and on user-generated content sites.
