Greenberg Traurig Represents Property Markets Group on Licensing Deal with the Frida Kahlo Corporation

NEW YORK – Feb. 4, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Property Markets Group (PMG) on a licensing deal with the Frida Kahlo Corporation for a branded-residences real-estate project in Miami. In partnership with Lndmrk Development, PMG is launching the first-ever Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, an iconic new residential development set in the heart of Miami’s cultural core, Wynwood. Inspired by the celebrated artist Frida Kahlo and designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3, the sculptural landmark will feature 244 luxury residences on a prime one-acre site at 119 NW 29th Street.
