GT San Francisco shareholder David Bloch is set to participate in the IMI Global Mediation Dialogues - Inaugural Session "Minds vs. Machines" webinar. This event is a part of a global series that has toured several cities worldwide and explores the use of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution today. This program brings attorneys together to examine this through a live, fictional cross-border commercial dispute mediated in parallel by a human expert and multiple generative AI systems. Participants will see how each mediator—human and digital—identifies key issues, reads emotional cues, and handles bias, trust, and power imbalances. Through interactive discussion and audience reflection, the session will illuminate both the promise and the limits of AI in conflict resolution and discuss the future of justice in an algorithmic age.
