Handelsblatt Data Protection Congress 2026

This year’s Data Protection Congress will focus on the challenges posed by data protection law ten years after the GDPR came into force. Philip Radlanski, Local Partner in the IP & Technology practice group, will deliver a presentation at the congress in which he will use concrete examples to highlight three widespread misconceptions regarding GDPR governance within international corporate structures. He will also present a concise model for robust role clarification, contractual architecture and crisis management.
