WIPO Advanced Workshop on Domain Name Dispute Resolution: Update on Precedent and Practice

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Phillip Marano will be a speaker at WIPO's Advanced Workshop on Domain Name Dispute Resolution: Update on Precedent and Practice on May 12 - 13. This workshop will provide an overview of the legal framework of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the domain name dispute resolution services of the WIPO Center.
