HOUSTON – July 1, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues the strategic expansion of its Private Equity Practice with the addition of Sidney Nunez as a shareholder in the Houston office. Nunez joins the firm from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he served as a partner.

Nunez advises public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions. His experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and financings. Nunez’s practice has a strong focus on representing middle-market private equity clients, many of whom have a significant presence in Texas. His clients are heavily focused in energy, including the oil and gas, power and renewables industry. He also represents clients in infrastructure, industrials, consumer goods, and business services.
