Greenberg Traurig Advises Oxford Properties on the Lease of ‘The Penthouse’ at Center am Potsdamer Platz to Superhuman

BERLIN – Nov. 25, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised Oxford Properties on the lease of approximately 3,200 square meters of premium office space to the AI company Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) at the Center am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The lease covers the entire “Penthouse” area, which spans three levels and was converted from the former IMAX cinema.

Superhuman’s new Berlin hub is scheduled to open at the end of 2026 and will serve as a central location for its German team as well as a meeting point for colleagues from Europe and the U.S. The space was designed to meet the highest technical and ESG standards of the Center.
