Courtney Barger represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters.

She began her career as a white collar litigator at a Washington, D.C. law firm where she represented public companies in government investigations, enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations involving securities law compliance and corporate misconduct.

Courtney earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Senior Citations Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law, represented clients in the Civil Litigation Clinic, and was a regional champion in the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition. She holds dual undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Justice Studies.
