Caitlin Grimmer is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office and draws from her experience serving as a judicial law clerk to four federal judges. While working at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, she drafted legal memoranda, orders, and opinions; conducted legal research across a diverse range of civil and criminal matters at the international, federal, and state level; aided in preparation for oral argument; and assisted with criminal and civil hearings and trials. Prior to joining the federal judiciary, she taught transnational legal research and writing, contract drafting, and trial court motions practice at the Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen and served as a coach for the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition in Beijing.
