Natalie Hap is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office. She focuses her practice on employment and securities-related litigation matters within the financial services industry, representing broker-dealers and registered representatives in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings. Natalie has deep experience handling FINRA and JAMS arbitrations, as well as regulatory investigations involving agencies such as OSHA, the EEOC, and the SEC. She also represents clients in employment and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
In addition to her litigation practice, Natalie regularly counsels employers on a broad range of workplace issues before disputes arise. She advises clients on employment offers, employee performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, severance arrangements, separation agreements, and internal investigations, helping employers navigate complex workplace challenges and mitigate litigation risk.
