Donald Lee is Assistant General Counsel at Greenberg Traurig where he advises the firm and its attorneys on a broad range of matters, including risk management and mitigation strategies, legal ethics and professional responsibility, regulatory compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence issues, sanctions compliance, contract negotiation, and firm governance.

Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Counsel, Donald served as the Director of Firm Services. In that role, he oversaw the firm’s conflicts department, litigation and intellectual property docketing, records and information management functions, and the data forensics department.
