Donald S. Lee

Donald Lee is Assistant General Counsel at Greenberg Traurig where he advises the firm and its attorneys on a broad range of matters including risk management, legal ethics, professional responsibility, and international sanctions compliance. Donald also advises the firm on technical issues relating to data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency. 

Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Counsel, Donald served as the Director of Firm Services. In that role, he oversaw the firm’s conflicts department, litigation docketing, intellectual property docketing, information management functions, and the data forensics department.
