Kenneth Ling focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters including drafting of purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, and other real estate-related documents. He also has experience with corporate matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions, including drafting asset purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and formation documents.



  • Assisted owners of a group of fast food and casual dining restaurants in the refinancing of the existing mortgages and eventual sale of the entire portfolio of restaurants for over $10 million.°
  • Assisted in the sale of a famous local restaurant worth more than $7 million in the New Jersey area.°
  • Assisted in the sale of a healthcare facility worth more than $15 million in the New Jersey area.°
  • Assisted a national bank with several financing transactions, collectively over $25 million, using commercial properties as collateral °
  • Assisted in drafting numerous leases for a landlord of a commercial property in the New Jersey area.°
  • Conducted due diligence for title matters involving a national real estate developer.°
  • Assisted owners of a large marketing agency in a stock sale worth more than $15 million to a middle market private equity firm with over $200 million of assets under management.°
